From her early days as an Assistant Manager on the shop floor at Harrods, to building and selling a tech company, and eventually rising to a Director role at a FTSE-100 corporation with 11,000 employees, managing 5 different teams.
Heather witnessed the contrast between teams with strong leadership – where innovation thrived and success followed – and those where leadership was lacking, resulting in low engagement and high turnover. Effective leadership makes or breaks a business.
Inspired by her own journey and the impact strong leadership can have, Heather founded Fresh Leadership World. Her mission is to teach new managers across the globe the unique principles that fueled her success and to build a world where everyone can truly love the work they do.
