FAQs
There are 6 modules, 21 lessons.
The screen-based learning is approx 30 mins long each week.
Each module comes with a set of actions for the participants to work on each week, which will add in another 30 mins ish.
Then we have a LIVE session each week, these aren't mandatory, but will give you extra accountability, and the opportunity to learn and connect with 100s of other managers across the globe. 45. mins.
In total: 2hrs per week, for 6 consecutive weeks.
The main course is self managed, you can watch the modules in your own time, and you take 1 module per week.
We do then run LIVE Q&A sessions weekly, where Heather will answer all your questions from the modules, and you'll have the chance to chat to other students to share challenges and learnings.
We run 2 sessions you can chose from each week, so nobody will miss out.
Feel you on this one - I did the same. This course is different for 2 reasons:
It’s not boring. Each module is super fun and highly engaging, with interactive actions and reflection.
The modules are designed not to be taken all at once. You need to only take 1 module per week, so you have a chance to reflect and take action on the rest. This really helps to split up the workload and means you don't have to stay focussed for hours at a time.
The content comes from real growth and leadership experience, not just a consultant wanting to teach you the stuff in the text books.
The course is very much built for early stage managers, but if you feel ready to upskill yourself then it will be super helpful to get that knowledge in early.
However I'd advise you only doing this if you have a leadership role in the pipeline, or your company want to get you upskilled ready for that next step.

We run lives for 6 weeks, to hold everyone accountable to completing the 6 modules and the actions.
But if you need longer, you are more than welcome to take longer!
We will be updating and growing the course forevermore, and you're always welcome to join any more of the live events in the future.
Absolutely, each student will get a CPD-awarded certificate with their name, the course and some other details so they can proudly show their management certification.
We will make sure toward the end of the 6 weeks, everyone gets guidance on making sure they have their certificate awarded properly from CPD.
