Meet our founder, Heather Elkington
Starting as an Assistant Manager on the iconic Harrods shop floor, Heather went on to play a key role building and selling a successful tech company, eventually becoming an Ops Director of a FTSE-100 subsidary, leading five diverse teams across an organisation of 11,000 employees.
These experiences showed Heather the transformative power of leadership in driving business success. Inspired to share the principles that fueled her journey, she founded Fresh Leadership World – a platform dedicated to empowering new managers and creating a world where people genuinely love the work they do.
