The Manager OS™

A strategic 4-week challenge for managers who want to stop managing the work and start leading the team.

Give us 21 (working) days to get you out of the weeds, leading with confidence and building a team that takes ownership.

You can’t become a strategic leader while still doing your team’s job.

Here’s what that bottleneck actually costs you.

Every hour spent answering, fixing and checking is an hour you’re not spending on the things only you can do: setting direction, developing your people, managing upwards, spotting what’s coming before it becomes a problem.

You can’t do both. You can’t be in the weeds and above them at the same time.

That’s the part nobody tells you when you’re promoted to manager.

A good manager isn’t always available to fix everything and come up with all the ideas. A good manager builds a team of people who solve problems without them, so they’ve got the space to strategise and actually lead a high-performing team.

The Manager OS™ helps you build this system in just 4 weeks.

Meet your teacher,
Heather Elkington

Heather Elkington went from retail shop floor to FTSE100 Director, scaling an 8-figure company and leading five high-performing teams along the way.

She’s trained 10,000+ managers worldwide, coached leaders at the Ministry of Defence, Abercrombie & Fitch and American Express, and reached millions with her work.

Now she’s built the Manager OS™ – the system she used to earn respect, drive accountability, and build teams that take ownership, condensed into 4 weeks.

The gap between managers who struggle and managers who thrive isn’t talent. It’s a system. The question is: will you keep guessing, or get the blueprint?

FAQs

How is this different to Fresh Start?

The Manager OS™ is a 21-working-day challenge that runs over four weeks, with short reflections or actions designed to fit around a busy workload, so you're making small, steady changes to how you lead every single day.

Fresh Start is Heather's in-depth six-week bootcamp, where each week goes deeper into a core area of management and comes with a set of weekly actions to work through.

If you want a fast, focused reset that builds momentum through daily habits, Manager OS is the right fit, whereas if you'd prefer to take your time and dig into the foundations in more depth, Fresh Start is the bootcamp for you.

How much time is this going to add to my schedule?

There are 6 modules.

The screen-based learning is approx 30 mins long each week.

Each module comes with a set of actions for the participants to work on each week, which will add in another 30 mins ish.

Then we have a LIVE session each week, these aren't mandatory, but will give you extra accountability, and the opportunity to learn and connect with 100s of other managers across the globe. 30 mins.

In total: 2hrs per week, for 6 consecutive weeks.

Are sessions live?

No, the sessions are pre-recorded and self-managed.

How much does it cost?

If you enrol in the first two days, it's £279 per seat (early-bird price). The standard price is £299 per seat.

There's the option to pay in full or pay over 2 months.

I’m based in Australia / the USA, will this work for me?

Yes, 100%. Although Heather is based out of the UK, Fresh Start has a wide range of global participants every cohort, and we have designed every step of the journey to work well across the globe.

All modules are pre-recorded so you can complete them in your own time, wherever you’re based.

Our Slack community is genuinely global too, people are active across time zones, so questions and conversations are moving around the clock.

We run two live Q&A sessions each week to cover different regions. Both sessions are recorded, so you’ll never miss out if the timing doesn’t work one week.

I've tried similar programmes in the past and they didn't work

Feel you on this one - I did the same. This course is different for 2 reasons:

  • It’s not boring. Each module is super fun and highly engaging, with interactive actions and reflection.

  • The modules are designed not to be taken all at once. You need to only take 1 module per week, so you have a chance to reflect and take action on the rest. This really helps to split up the workload and means you don't have to stay focussed for hours at a time.

  • The content comes from real growth and leadership experience, not just a consultant wanting to teach you the stuff in the text books.

I'm not a manager yet, but want to be. Is this bootcamp for me?

The course is very much built for managers, but if you feel ready to up-skill yourself then it will be super helpful to get that knowledge in early.

However I'd advise you only doing this if you have a leadership role in the pipeline, or your company want to get you up-skilled ready for that next step.

How long will I have access to the challenge for?

Once you’ve bought it, you have lifetime access.

The challenge runs for 4 working weeks.

But if you need longer, you are more than welcome to take longer!

Do I get a certificate of completion?

Absolutely, each student will get a certificate with their name, the course and some other details emailed to them on completion.

What if I’m not satisfied?

We’re so confident in the impact this bootcamp has on managers, which is why we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.

The only condition is that you’ve genuinely engaged with the work, meaning you’ve completed at least 50% of the learning. This ensures the bootcamp has had a chance to do what it’s designed to do.

But if you’ve put the work in and it’s still not right for you, we’ll refund you. No awkwardness or questions asked!
